My father, Sanjay Tandon is the Chairman of Competent Group that operates in the fields of auditing, stockbrokerage, BPO services, financial services, corporate governance, surveys, risk management and field-force management. He has been actively involved in politics. He was the State president of Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) of Chandigarh for 10 years and is presently, the Co-Incharge of Himachal Pradesh for BJP. I feel so fortunate to have been born in such a family where apart from the obvious mentorship that I receive from him, he constantly supports me in a way that I always prioritize ethics, excellence and relationship building over everything else.

I believe that it is his sense of helping and ensuring justice for the common man that has always inspired me to be in a profession that essentially promises and procures justice.
